When is the best time to get advice?

Early advice is useful before you commit to a design, a project budget or a builder. If you are further along, we can focus on the decisions still ahead.

Can you help if we already have an architect or builder?

Yes. We can review your current plans, budget and proposals, then help you identify gaps and questions to work through with your team.

What does an Initial Consult cost?

The Initial Consult and Project Report is a fixed fee of $850. It includes a 90-minute session and written recommendations within two business days. The scope and fee are confirmed before we begin.

Where do you work?

Mira is based in Canberra, with in-person advisory available locally. We also offer remote reviews, calls and written reports for homeowners in Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and regional Australia. We confirm suitability for your project before agreeing a scope.
