Mira is led by Austin, a construction leader with more than 15 years delivering complex, high-risk projects across Australia and Canada. His work spans premium residential, government, heritage, data centre, remote infrastructure and commercial sectors, with combined project delivery value exceeding $300 million.
He has managed nationally significant refurbishment works at the Australian War Memorial, delivered award-winning 5-Star Green Star buildings, and built critical infrastructure in the remote Arctic — environments where the documentation has to be right, the budget has to hold, and there's no room for the kind of mistakes that quietly derail a project.
Austin is a qualified carpenter and certified Passivhaus tradesperson, with formal qualifications in building and construction and a business degree — a rare combination of hands-on craft, technical depth, and commercial insight.
