Initial Consult

$850 fixed fee · 90-minute session
A focused review of where your project stands, followed by a written report that turns the conversation into a practical plan.
We confirm the scope and fee in writing before you commit.

What you receive
A 2–3 page Project Report within two business days, covering your current position, budget commentary, key risks and recommended next steps.
Available by video across Australia, or in person locally in Canberra. Project-specific cost estimating, design, certification and legal advice are separately scoped specialist services.

Define your brief, align the budget and map the consultants and decisions ahead. Receive a Project Brief, Budget Snapshot and Pre-Construction Roadmap.

Keep the design connected to reality.
Review plans as they develop, with attention to budget alignment, buildability and readiness for pricing. Receive a Design Review Report, Cost Commentary and Tender Readiness Checklist for each agreed stage.
Lock-In
Choose your builder with a clearer picture.
Support with shortlisting, issuing tenders, comparing proposals and identifying commercial risks. Receive a Tender Comparison Matrix and a recommendation that explains the trade-offs.
Once construction begins
Advisory check-ins, when useful.
Advice on progress claims and variations, with an agreed check-in schedule. Available on request as an advisory service, separate from construction delivery or site management.

Mira is based in Canberra, with in-person advisory available locally. Our remote service brings calls, document reviews and written recommendations to homeowners in Sydney, Brisbane, the Gold Coast and regional Australia.
We confirm that the project and scope are a good fit before engagement. Where local planning, approvals or specialist expertise are needed, we identify those needs as part of the advice.
